Need a ride? We've secured a charter bus with nonstop roundtrip travel to/from Columbus. Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

what you need to know
Ticket payments are nonrefundable but are transferable to another bus rider within the same year.
NIYC reserves the right to cancel a bus if at least 45 tickets (on that bus) are not sold by November 17, 2026. If this happens, the tickets for the cancelled bus will be fully refunded. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, the NIYC will not provide chaperones.
PARKING
Extended parking may be available at the host church locations. However, the host church and NIYC is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles, or the contents thereof, parked or left in the parking areas of the premises. The owner/operator of the vehicle assumes all responsibility and assumption of risk.
​BAGGAGE
Each rider is permitted to have two pieces of luggage in the lower luggage compartment and one carry-on inside the cabin. Medical devices are allowed in addition to a carry-on.

If your church has secured a charter bus with available seats and would like to be added to this list, send us the name of your church, location of departure, cost of seat, and primary contact information and we will add it to our website. Persons interested in securing a seat on a church sponsored bus, should contact the church directly.

AIRPORT
John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) is located about 7.2 miles west of the Hyatt Regency Columbus downtown. The drive takes about 10 to 15 minutes by car or rideshare.
