A link to our custom hotel reservation site will be emailed to the primary contact upon receipt of registration. The cut-off date to reserve a room at the discounted rate is December 15.

DESTINATION FEE WAIVED

The daily destination fee of $25.00 that this property typically charges has been waived for NIYC attendees. This charge should not be applied to your room during your stay.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A credit card is required to reserve your room, but you will not be charged a deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your room, you must do so at least three days before arrival by 11:59 PM hotel time to avoid paying for one night of your reservation.

SELF-PARKING

Off-site self-parking is available at the Chestnut Street Garage, located one block south of the hotel and accessible via an enclosed and covered walkway. Parking at the Chestnut Street Garage can be charged to your room. $20/night plus tax (per vehicle, per day, over the Official Event Dates). Based on parking availability at the time of arrival. There are other nearby parking garages and areas available.

The hotel has onsite dining. ​​​​​The Convention Center, which is attached to the hotel, has a food court.
