ROOM COST
NIYC has secured a rate of $110 per night for both king and queen room types. The total nightly cost with taxes and fees is $131.43.

RESERVE YOUR ROOM
A link to our custom hotel reservation site will be emailed to the primary contact upon receipt of registration. The cut-off date to reserve a room at the discounted rate is December 15.

DESTINATION FEE WAIVED
The daily destination fee of $25.00 that this property typically charges has been waived for NIYC attendees. This charge should not be applied to your room during your stay.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A credit card is required to reserve your room but you will not be charged a deposit.
​
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your room, you must do so at least three days before arrival by 11:59PM hotel time to not incur paying for one night of your reservation.
