Register online or download a mail-in form to register by mail. Submissions must be postmarked by the given date to receive the discounted rate. Upon registration, the primary contact will receive an email with a link to the hotel reservation site.
All fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another delegate for use in 2017.
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE COVER? Registration fees are the main source of revenue for the convention. The fees help cover the cost of expenses, but not entirely. Collected offerings, donations, and sponsorships are also vital. For more details about what registration covers, view the expense list.
GROUP DISCOUNT (10%)
Groups of 10 or more, registered in a single transaction, are eligible to receive a 10% discount. To obtain the promotional code required to register with the group rate, email your name,church name, and the number of people you plan to register to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a promotional code with instructions.
IMPORTANT: Prior to registering your group, please make sure you have the first name, last name, age and email address of each individual. This information is required by both the NIYC and the hotel. You will be asked to provide this information prior to receiving your registration packet(s) and hotel keys if not submitted at the time of registration.
